Disappointed that my request for a quote via the website went unanswered and required a phone call. After sending details again via email and being promise a quote within the week, nothing happened for nearly 3 weeks. Was then promised something by end of week. Sent followup email yesterday, only to be told they 'slammed with work' at the moment and I would be best to go elsewhere. Would have been good to know that several weeks ago. Good luck guys - I know you didn't mean to disappoint, but suggest you look at improving your communications.

Went there for quote to wrap my truck took photos must of decided was to hard to do never got back to me with quote ??????

I sent an email with my graphics after being referred by the manufacturer of my trailer to Wrap My Ride - no response, I followed up with an email a couple of days later and got a reply that they would send through a quote, a week later no quote and I went elsewhere. Their customer service is very disappointing, even after telling them I was on time restrictions and would happily pay the quote as soon as I received it they still couldn't be bothered.
