My car broke down after 5pm was on hold for over 30 minutes (overseas call centre)tow truck arrive after 8pm no service centres open at this time of night had my vehicle towed to my residence which in direct line from breakdown to service centre BUT NOW NRMA tells me I have to pay to have it towed to service centre. looking for a new roadside assist insurance
