I purchased a pair of Mercury S5 Carbon Road Wheels from Steve at Craftworx last year. I had tried the big brands before and always had problems with keeping them straight and even had a few fail around the spoke holes. I have belted the life out of these Mercury's and they are still dead straight!! I must admit that I bought them cause they would look very cool on my bike but they are way better than anything I've had before. They are faster (about 4km/h) and incredibly comfortable to ride. The hubs spin forever and they are soooo smooth. I even got Steve to custom build them with white spokes so the look even better!I only found out afterwards that Steve offers free lifetime servicing and he guaranties his workmanship for life, although I doubt i will ever need to take him up on the offer!!

Dropped off my carbon mtb rims off to get serviced and received nothing but total professionalism and a very good job done. The staff are really great people. Will defiantly be buying rims here one day.

Been riding my hand built wheels for around 8 months now. My choice of rims and hubs and Mark did the rest. Mark discovered a manufacturing fault with the rims documented size specification as builds get measured up and checked regardless of spec. Almost 1000kms on an aggressive hard tail can’t be wrong. Wheels remain true, no flats and no tubeless issues.Customer service matters here.A new wheel build or need troubleshooting with your wheel? It’s worth talking with these guys first.Short term, paid street parking available right near the front door.

These guys know their stuff and are passionate about it. Really happy with their help replacing my rear hub. Their wheels look great and are reasonably priced, definitely an option for my next wheels.

First time customer...and I will never buy another set of wheels from anywhere ever again. If you’re thinking about doing it, I recommend it. Fantastic service, lovely staff and the shop is very pretty. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Excellent wheels handbuilt in Brisbane. These guys are wheely good and offer fantastic service. The Ultima Carbon are a great wheel. Wish they were open on weekends as hard to get to Brendale during the week. Totally recommend getting into their store though.

Went to Craftworx to do a rebuild on my Zipp 404s. Nathan and Mark are extremely knowledgeable about their craft and have been very patient in answering all of my questions. The rebuild has been fantastic and I am extremely happy with the outcome as well as the process. If you have any wheel related needs these guys are the ones to talk to for sure. Highly recommended.
