Just had worst experience wit aggressive overpowering receptionist , after telling her how uncomftable I was feeling about how she was talking to me she proceeded to become defensive & hung up on me , what a revolting way to start a Monday morning , all I was doin was trying to reschedule an apointment but due to this event I don’t think I wil attend any apointments , totally disappointing

Do not use this service. They have little understanding of family violence and are easily manipulated by perpetrators of same. They have no idea of child development and family well being. Lack compassion and understanding of complex family situations. This service does not respond to complaints.
