***Do Not Recommend this store.***We had been using the salon for my girls’ hair cut for couple of years now, and we always happy to see Sara and the team, as it’s hard to find a good hairdresser. Unfortunately we only learned that she’s no longer working for this salon.We had made an appointment over the phone and waited for almost an hour to see a hairdresser. Then we were told by the owner- Julian that she decided to take a break as she did not like my feedback of “waiting too long”.She said she owns the store she could do whatever she wanted. I would not recommend or return to the store due to her poor attitude towards customers, zero customer service, no sense of urgency.1 star rating is too generous for the zero service and wasting of our time.

Professional staff nice and friendly but don’t want to be rude I wanted tight curls showed multiple photos and I’ve been saving up for the perm for a while as it was $110 I thought it would be all good I waited 48 hours and everything not really mad at them just sad that I spent all my money and it turned it to be basically straight :( and the same as my hair before even with the curling cream

Hi my name is Kim, this is the 2nd time I’ve been here. My scalp is very sensitive to hair dye, I’ve only had highlights in my hair using the cap only, every time people have used foils and said they will make sure they won’t go near my Scalp, they always seem to get it on my scalp and I end up with a massive head infection. I haven’t found anyone to take me seriously and care about their customer until I meet Julian from Redz. She was so patient and very understanding she cared for me like I was important. Julian used foils on my head, using bleach and colour to lift the orange out of my hair and gave me a nice icy blond look which I love. Her patient and care factor was overwhelming. It’s been 2 days after my hair was done, and there is no infection. If people just knew how much that means to me. It’s an amazing feeling. Thank you very much Julian.

Shampoo, blow dry and a bit of straightening on a short/medium bob there a total of 30 mins - $89.00. To over priced for me, I won’t be going back.

I have been coming here for years to get mine and my sons (Jaxon) haircut. Often the owner cuts our hair. Always been extremely happy with the service and very reasonable prices. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about her customers. Obviously at the moment with massive staff shortages across retail there are challenges however for the prices you pay here the service is very good value for money.

Just came into the Belmont store for a nice morning with my 3 year old daughter. It’s always quiet in the salon so figured we would bring some business. I now see why.Thought we would treat ourselves to a hair wash. I got a wash and blow dry on medium length hair, no product or curls. My 4 year old had a wash, trim, light dry and curl. Somehow totalled $150?! Although 2 stylists did our hair simultaneously, we were there for 1 hour. I’m all for taking your time, but why am I paying for this time when you’re developing your skills.If I’m paying 150, I’d expect top quality service and skills. Not happy with the price, no breakdown was provided and no price list online to see how they reached the total. Comparing to other salons in the centre I’d expect to pay no more than $100. Even for that price, I’d still say it’s rich.The staff were not overly welcoming and the way they spoke to other customers was blunt and unprofessional. Given they have a kids chair I’d assume they would be good with children, hoewever, they spoke to my 3 year old as if she was an adult. Sit still, rolling eyes, shaking their head. One of the girls tried mildly to have a conversation with her but that was it.Super disappointed and won’t be visiting again

Absolute joke, appointment at 11.30 asked at 11.51 when I was getting a haircut and was told I still had another person to wait for! Left without a haircutIn response to your comments, I called to say I was running late (as that is the courteous thing to do) and when I arrived I was seated and ignored, both available hairdressers were still completing customers from before my appointment time. If your business is walk-ins don't take appointments, and certainly don't seat someone and ignore them, if there is a time to wait then tell the customer so they can either reschedule or leave. Your customer service is appalling.

Very expensive and bad quality for dye and hair cuts. Can't even do a simple layered haircut.

I have used Redz Belmont for years and willnot be going anywhere else. They go above and beyond for me. They know exactly what I like. Once you find the perfect hairdresser, you don’t want to lose them! And luckily I’ve definitely found them here. Thank you Sara and team.
