Since I came back to Maryborough from Sunshine Coast (20+yrs), Iris has been absolutely wonderful, she knows how my medical has been affecting me trying to find work & she is the kindest/caring/ understanding & considerate support worker i have ever had. For someone dealing with Mental Health Issues and Extreme Anxiety I was initially hesitant on joining Max or any employment Agencies due to previous bad experiences with others in the past, however Thankfully my Hesitation was quickly Resolved on my first visit because of a very kind and understanding lady by the Name of Iris, she made me feel heard and not just seen and generally gave me the impression she cares for your wellbeing along with trying to find you suitable Employment as well, Some people have said Employment agency Employees are just Mediocre" at their job but sometimes you get lucky and get one that's So high a Cut above the rest and am delighted that mine is!"
