Poor customer service. Noticed a hair inside footlong wrapped paper, shown to male staff (Rahmit). He just looked at it and say SORRY. Pathetic staff who give their hair for free with a meal.

I came in to the shop with my partner, the shop was quiet. we ordered our subs and I had to repeat repeatedly what I wanted and she still forgot my orders got it wrong after all of it put order through as normal subs instead of box’s. this place a year ago use to be perfectly fine but with the new stuff there it’s dropped their quality. Not happy after paying $40 dollars.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I was served without a smile or greeting . The veggies where old and disgusting . The girl that served me had no customer service skills Your shelves need to be restocked and the stuff need to be re- trained . Your prices are very expensive and the service we as customers doesn’t stand up to it , actually it’s far from it …On that note I will not be returning here and I can see that I’m not the only one that has had an issue with you store .

Visited on Sunday 15/5/22 with my daughters and was astonished at the condition of the vegetables.1. Avocado was brown, I asked for a new batch which they supplied without issue.2. Iceberg lettuce was brown. When I asked for some new lettuce I was told the brown stuff was new and there is no other alternative.3. Cucumber was very old, I didn't get this on my 6 inch.

Purchased 2 subs and when i got home both were not on fresh bread. Bread was at least a day old, was hard and No way fresh. will not be back to that store. Maybe try another in melton if there not all from the same franchise.

Poor customer service always spoil my mood when i go there. I am subway lover but becuase of the staff behaviour want to stop going there.
