Having attended this centre on numerous occasions now, it's hands down the best and most economical destination for all your fresh produce needs. Not to mention fresh asian cuisine from all across the continent. If you come down anytime during the weekend expect to be shoulder to shoulder with the locals who are all there with same goal. Shop on an empty stomach and sample the local traders delights, great experience for all involved.

I'm not often shopping in this area.. felt like I'm shopping in asian countries... a lot of tropical fruits, clothes, groceries, items... ect

A great place to visit and experience diverse cultures. There are more than enough food and drink places to try out, mostly Asian but not all. Bubble tea, duck etc. And groceries, bric a brac, phone repair shops and clothing outlets and much more. There are plenty of seats around the area to rest. Parking is plenty. Free parking is available around Buckingham and Winsor avenue and $2 per hour parking right next to the central outlet.

The shopping strip is vibrant with buskers on the weekend and plenty of good Vietnamese and other Asian eateries, but inside the market it is dirty and the toilets are filthy

Let me tell you …….Springvale it’s the place to love, best Vietnamese meals, Pho my favourite!!, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables or get to the butcher and get whatever type of meats that you would like to cook. My darling husband takes me to eat at least once a month and we go back home very happy!!!

Springvale Shopping Centre at SpringvaleVisit Update on 13/5/2021It was cold when we arrived, but then the sun decided to get up to warm the atmosphere. Probably today is a weekday, and tberefore the shopping centre is not packed.Hardly anyone wears a mask, but I still do. It is compulsory to do so. U fortunately, no one really observe social distancing, and eateries don't enforce scan ing of QR code. Many fruits are in season now - persimmon, soursop, avocado, apple, etc. The mandarin is not that good. It looks more like a cross of orange and mandarin. There is not true that the crayfish price has tumbled. At $85-$99 per kg, I prefer to eat the extra large prawn at $35-$40 per kg. We normally buy ox cheek meat, but today is an exception; we buy it with the skin" or membrane on.Some shops are still closed

Theres NO lights at night time in the carpark. Its so busy at night and yet management has not cared enough for their shoppers. Appalling standards.

Great place for your grocery shopping and eateries BUT hourly charge on car park is very high. $2.50/hr now. Very unseasonable.

Classic 80s looking shopping centre. Inside is an IGA, clothing stores, Tatts lotto, small cafe, butcher, seafood monger , grocery store, fruit and veges stores, hairdressers and several restaurants. I actually quite like the central dome which let's in lots of natural light. Parking can be difficult particularly on weekends. The current rate is $2.50 per hour for a maximum or 2 hours.
