Excellent Australian made products, with outstanding after sales service.Recently we have bought 2 Timberline vanities for our 2 newly renovated bathrooms . The choice was based on their 10 years warranty, locally made, great looking products.The after sales service has been one of the best in industry. When we noticed small problem with vanity door, they solved it in one day! Both managers: Mr. Don Scott, and Mr. Mark Coleman were actively involved. Mark came to our house, thoroughly examined the vanity. It was not clear cut" case and it was not company fault

Excellent service for follow-up.Timberline was very helpful in assisting myself with 2 vanities and 1 shave cabinet. I ended up changing my order from 1200mm to 900mm and its was not a problem for Timberline. Each time I have made contact with Timberline they have been most helpful - particularly Harry. First of all, if could I would give you zero star.Bought vanity and a vanity stone top from timberline catalog in Harvey Normany and so excited received delivery. However, open the package, only found the wood look panel looks very different to the picture shown in the catalog, it looks more like dry/dead wood with no nature timber gloss and the stone top looks more like pink color unpolished concret slab. What a waste of money! Will never buy from them again...For your information, the store i visited does not have any samples for both board and stone.I was fooled by your marketing trick and believed your brand.The vanity top I bought was so called Casearstone@ and it turns out more like a piece VERY expensive unpolished pinky concret slab. Another marketing trick...

What a great company!I purchased a top mount basin for our bathroom after our ensuite was recently updated. The second basin that we ordered was the same style as the first but after it was installed, we noticed some obvious differences that were explained as normal variances due to the firing/glazing process. The product was not faulty at all, but it was not as fine as the first basin that we purchased.Timberline, without any hesitation, offered to hand pick a replacement basin and deliver it to me at no charge.Timberline is a company with an obvious strong customer focus that stands proudly behind the quality of its products.Thank you Emily for your professional service and support.

We bought an upgraded floating cabinet and shaving cabinet for our bathroom renovation.The overall look of the products look good, not great! When you look close the build quality is lacking. Quality control.When we decided to spend thousands yes" thousands on getting an Australian made product I thought we would get a better build quality

Most terrible shopping experience! I ordered the Timberline bathroom vanity via Harvey Norman in June. In Aug I was told they made the wrong size. Now is late of Sep, I haven't received the product. Never recommend Timberline to anyone!

So disappointed about timberline as delayed again and again making my family brush teeth at kitchen.Ordered 2 vanities and 2 shaving cabinets from HarveyNorman. I was told I can get them in 5 weeks maximum 6 weeks. It's been already 7 weeks but they still cannot tell me when they can delivery it.The reason why I chose timberline is it's Australia based, should be quick. However the funny thing is the furnitures shipped from China are already there took only 5 weeks.I cannot tell the quality of the product as I have gotten them. Don't recommend if you need it in 3 months.

My bathroom renovation was delayed by about 2 weeks because Timberline was unable to deliver a vanity for a long time. And the first delivery had a wrong top which caused a further delay.Rick, who responded to the original one-star review, was really helpful in rectifying the situation. Good to see that the company cares about their reputation and is able to provide good customer service.The vanity quality is excellent.Mixed feelings: very long inexcusable delay, good customer support and product quality.

Hi, I updated 2 x ensuites about 4 years ago. one of the ceramic vanity tops developed miniscule cracks (crazing). I followed the warranty program, and was advised that the actual unit and vanity were no longer available. Oh bother I said. However, Timberline could not have been MORE co-operative to solve the problem. The support team at Timberline went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a solution - probably costing more than necessary!a huge thanks to Harry, Georgina & Emma
