I was there on opening day and they handled the huge amount of customers so well, very impressed.The food was great and at the quality you expect from GYG which was amazing considering how many burrito and burrito bowls they were churning out.Great to have a GYG in the area and I will be a regular

Was there for their grand opening. Ordered from drive-through. They were extremely busy because of the $5 burrito/ bowl deal but I got my order within 10 mins! So impressed. It must have been so stressful on the opening day because they were so busy but customers expect mistake free/ top notch service in the first day/ week of running a new business. They have done quite well so far. Will be back for more burrito bowls :-)

Only at the worst reviewed Guzman in Brisbane would they give you chicken when even the label says beef. Its rare these guys get an order 100% correct.

Take away order just before.Compare with other branch soft taco. They made very small amount inside. Tiny little bit of lettus, maybe less then 10g of main ingrident.I ordered it extra pulled pork, however it looks even small amount then other branch.It was OK, when I tried before dine in.However take away is very disappointing..

I go to a lot of GYGs to get lunch for people but also for myself, and the service I received here on both occasions, was exceptional. Super friendly staff - you can tell they work cohesively as a team and always very helpful. The time I ordered for myself, I ordered a burrito bowl with extra chicken and for once it looked like I actually got the extra chicken. The other time I ordered lunch to take away over the app, the staff kept checking in with me to make sure I had been served and let me know the status of my order. They even wrote a super cute note on my order bag. Really appreciate the great service!

Consistently have had great experience from here. From the food quality to efficiency and the staff service has been awesome! Though, the coffee machine either needs a clean or more training on making coffee.

Food it's usually good. I've had fresh chips each time. Ordered spicy but got regular. Staff are young but seem professional enough. Sometimes the app doesn't work.

I had a great time eating delicious food at this branch. Food and drink were nice as always.Most importantly, I was very impressed by the young waiter. This is why I wrote this review. (I visited there on 12th Wednesday April at around 6pm). I never had this kind of service in Australia.This young man(maybe teenager?), He was committed to great customer service and his job, and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I think this was totally because of him as he took care about every single customers. He never had a little break. He was at the counter when there was a queue otherwise he kept looking for what else he could do, cleaning outside table, cleaning windows.But he kept his lips smiling. Good to see.Also when my boyfriend was waiting for picking up his online order, no one came to him and asked what he needed..they just passed him. but then this staff came to him and helped.He tried to communicate with customers and motivated me to try churros sundae ice cream(up selling) as well.I would like to tell the manager that you have a such a super great great worker who makes customers want to come visit again.
