UNIQLO Macquarie Centre

Shopping for a winter jacket. Uniqlo has a great range of winter clothing for 2022. Good quality and good prices. I'm a comparative shopper so I tried many styles and sizes. Dex was staffing the change room and she was very patient with my multiple visits. An enjoyable and productive shopping experience.Last time I visited Uniqlo I had difficulty deciding between two jackets. Problem solved, I returned to buy the other one. Why not add a new Beanie to the mix. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, as I have always found.When I check through other reviews, I am disappointed to see 1 star reviews and complaints about service and other mundane things. You know, sometimes you don't get the service you want, you get the service you deserve.

The prices are fairly reasonable with a section nominated for special discounted prices. just be aware the discounted prices are not always as listed. And the staff are generally robotic what ever comes on the cashier machine is the amount you pay and not the displayed price. Last time I took quite a number of items which were discounted and on the checkout the amount was double, and the cashier staff even realised it was there internal problem are far from being considerate like other major brands. This brand needs lot of compassion to succeed.

Good quality clothing items for men, women and children. Price may seem high but the quality is value for money and will last a good while. Their winter gear is lightweight and pack down easily for travel. Their everyday cotton wear is simple and comfortable. Would recommend.

I generally like their clothes, but their sales are frustratingly badly labelled - I picked up several items from a shelf marked with sale stickers (the items matched the sign) but when I got to the counter I was told they aren't on sale, there might have been a mix-up". Not impressed."

Well stocked and always kept tidy and orderly. The staff are really helpful and very kind.
