I had made a booking for 11.30 and when I arrived for my appointment three other people walked in at same time as the person at the shop spoke to them first and seated them in the pedi chairs, without even checking the book if any appointments were due and when she came back to me I told her I had an 11.30 appt but as she had just sat the others who didn’t have an appt in the last vacant chairs I had to wait, and wait…the wait turned into 40mins!!! Yes I should have got up and walked out but I didn’t.My advice to the employees there is to please check your bookings before seating walk-ins or don’t even bother taking bookings in the first place!!After all that waiting the pedi was good, they just need to concentrate on doing the right thing by their customers who take the time to book an appt.

They did a good job, but $75 seemed quite pricey for a shellac mani pedi compared to previous places I've been to...

First time going and they were the nicest people. So lovely to sit with and very welcoming. They try and maintain time and service best they can though it does get busy, not surprised though their work is excellent

Lovely staff, the artist was meticulous and did a wonderful job. I asked her not to use the drill and she was fine with that, no questions asked. Highly recommended.

Paint nails really well. Happy with how my nails and pedicure looks but they don’t really scrub the bottom of your feet very much so if you have cracked heels it doesn’t do very much to help that. They seem nice enough. I just wish they would do a more thorough job on the pedicure.

As mentioned by someone else this business has to decide it is either by appointment or by walk-ins. I make an appointment so I can walk in at that time but the amount of times I have had my nail preparation started to then be left sitting while walk-ins are attended to. It is nothing to have had 5 different staff members attend to me for the one request which is very off putting.This week’s experience has sealed their fate with me and I will never return. Sat down at 1.00pm, foils put on nails, I received a call at 1.50pm to say I had to take my ill husband to the hospital, I asked for the foils to be removed and when no one came I took them off myself and walked out, only to be followed by a staff member asking me to pay. As I said, never again.
