Pet Resorts of Australia Dural

We recently boarded our 6 month old cavoodle with Pet Resorts Dural for a week and were really satisfied with their services.As it was the very first time for us to keep our puppy at a kennel, I was pretty anxious but the staff made the whole process really seamless. From booking to signing in and out, the process was easy and staff put me at ease.They had even sent an email in between our holiday updating us on how Tommy was doing, it was wonderful to see how happy he was with other dogs and getting cuddles from his nanny.We would surely recommed Pet Resort Dural for leaving their puppy and having a stress free holiday knowing their fur baby is in the best hands!

Our pet Ellie has stayed at Pet Resorts (Dural) twice and enjoyed her stay both times. We had peace of mind knowing that Ellie was well looked after by professionals and was having a great time while we were on holiday.

Our beloved pooch Scout adores spending time at the pet resort Samford. The staff are amazing and we always feel certain he is being well looked after. Recommend this place highly

Our cat recently stayed at Pet Resorts Australia at Dural for 2 weeks. Their facilities are great with our cat being able to have a verandah room with fresh air and a cat tower - really important for a long stay. While he was there, the team were very helpful with updates and shared some lovely pictures via the Pet Postcard which was fantastic to see while we were travelling overseas.I can tell how much the Dural team at Pet Resorts Australia love animals and we would not hesitate to use their Dural resort again.

Our 5 month old German Shepherd Katana loved it. The booking process was smooth. The staff are lovely. We have used a number of pet resorts with other dogs of ours, this is the first time one of our dogs has come back well adjusted, calm and looking great

Would like to give a positive review, but due to our dog's age (14) he was not accepted for one days care, we didn't need an overnight stay. They wanted a vet clearance, which is hard to obtain from another state with one days notice. They didn't even met our dog or ask relevant questions that we could answer to ensure he would be fine.

My dog spent 3 weeks at Pet Resorts Dural, and I can only praise their professionalism and care. They managed my dog's unknown and unexpected issues well (she's a rescue that had been abandoned before), kept up good communication with me, and found solutions to make sure she has a pleasant stay. I picked up a happy and healthy dog that had obviously  been showered with tons of love and had the time of her life doing zoomies in the big yards. The entire team looked after her with so much care, I am very grateful.

The staff (Samford Qld) were wonderful, the care for my cat Poppy was excellent and facilities tidy and clean.Thank you so much for looking after her. She is now reunited with her best doggy sister Jarlee.

Pet Resort at DURAL is Chase’s second home when we are away. The staff are amazing and Chase loves the resort, meeting new fur friends and receiving lots of attention from his nannies and trainers. The weekly photos and training videos puts your mind at ease knowing your fur baby is doing well. This is our 5th year using the pet resort. I highly recommend them and I wouldn’t take Chase anywhere else.
