Great customer service by Shannon. Pulled in on a weekend with fluid spewing from my battery. Came outside to inspect surrounding hoses and bits for damage, found a replacement battery and offered tools to replace it. Disposed of old battery for me.

Returned a faulty product 8 months ago after 4 days of purchase which was under 1 year warranty. They said they will call. Instead, I called them 4 times in last 8 months. Every time they were waiting for getting a response from Victoria.They did not bother to call again, no refund, no replacement so far. Worse customer service ever experienced. That's happen when you are the only shop in the town with out any competitors.

Sunday afternoon at port hedland store a mature aged lady assisted us to buy a evacool 12volt fridge freezer she was extremely helpful and the young lad was running up and down stairs to get other items we required. We would highly recommend this store

These guys are fantastic. My partner and I hadn’t slept all night driving back from Broome because our brakes had gone on us and we were desperate to get to Port Hedland to get them repaired in the morning (Saturday). After ringing around with no luck, we popped in here and instantly were seen to. I believe it is the blokes business or at least the boss there, he had a look and explained what had happened and told us he would look after it. Very friendly staff and they saved us big time, we had to be in Perth by Sunday night. Highly recommend these guys, thank you so much if you’re the bloke that helped us out with the Amarok brakes.

Had a product that passed its warranty by 3 weeks, I had used this compressor in total of 6 deflated tyres and it broke. They told me as well as another repco that the product had a 2-3 year warranty, when I gave them the receipt number they told me the product only had a 1 year warranty. Staff did not seem to have a care in the world to help me get it fixed, lazy staff. Took the compressor to another agent, told them the problem that occurred with it and they said bring it in and we will give you a brand new one. Just had to give them the receipt so they can get it replaced.
