We had an amazing experience in this store with Isaac, Ramman and one other person we don‘t know the name. We are travelers and were looking for a mobile data plan with Optus. Unfortunately the system had some problems while setting up the account but these three people did everything they could and even after closing hours they didn‘t finish their work until everything was solved.This was an amazing experience for us on our first day in Australia! Thank you so much!

Salespersons are very, very keen here. Eventually, the over-servicing ends up being slightly annoying, after being asked if help is needed on an almost minute-by-minute basis. Then again, being noticed is far better than not being noticed at all, I guess

They normally have what you are looking for at a reasonable price. Sales staff are helpful.

Whether it was in person or on the phone, was passed around until someone could be bothered to answer my questions about purchasing the item I wanted. Then was told to go online to buy when the person on the phone said to come in to do a “price-match” item for a click and collect but barely gave me enough information which was lacking as it was evident as I had to call other stores which was more prepared. Furthermore, even if they have the item but the price matching was a whole lot cheaper, they can refuse to do it because there’s “too much difference in pricing”. All in all, need better staff with at least a decent knowledge for items in store, update the online page faster because they all said the stores had stock when they do not, and improve on their communication training instead of passing customers around like a football.

If they don't have what you want, they don't tell you, but they do say what you really want is this". The first time was for a mobile phone package which it turned out didn't cover the area I was staying

Very unprofessional service. Workers are seen in hoodies, we went to pick up a click and collect order which was not fast at all. Sent back and forth and one nice worker let us go to the front of the queue but the pink hoodie worker ordered us to go to the back of the line.do better.

The service was brilliant. Initially I had an issue with the wait time of my printer, and sadly I missed the cash back claiming date.Benjamin was being patiently explain and offer all the alternative solution he has.I have been to this store more than 10 times of my life time, it’s still my favorite Harvey Norman store.

Went here today to buy a 65 inch tv that the Web sites says they have in store,green tick on the web page, it was not in store, it was locate out of store, then spoke to staff about other tvs that they told me they have in store. After speaking with staff I learned that they have no items in store over 43 Inch. Wasted my time going there, you guys need to learn that in store means you have them in store, not located somewhere else.
