Perfect Match of Seller and Buyer by A Wonderful Agent.I first met Bethany when I was looking to buy and she matched me perfectly with the second property she showed me. She really understood what I was looking for and did not waste my time on anything else. Then, 5 years later, she took on the sale of the same property and we had a fantastic result. Bethany was extremely patient with me, as there was a lot of delays actually getting my home ready for market, and also when I had a family emergency overseas, she checked on the property regularly for me, which helped put my mind at ease. Grateful for the team at Bell & Brennan. Brennan and Aaron were great to deal with right from the beginning. Brennan always went above and beyond with any questions or concerns we had through the process. We encountered a little hiccup with a buyer, but out of no where Brennan was able to work his magic and no one was greatly affected or inconvenienced in the end, everyone experienced a positive result they were all hoping for.
