Cheeky Little Monkeys Soft Play Hire

Ordered an item Mar 13, contacted the seller twice in one and two weeks after, no response - just ignoring my email. Opened dispute with PayPal a few days ago, still no contact from them. Very disappointing. One month would be surely sufficient for dispatching an item in Australia?

Since Lisa sold the business, it has unfortunately gone down hill FAST. A used them a few years ago, whilst Lisa was still the owner and I had a great experience. I tried to get in contact with the new owners to book in a date recently. I tried for months upon months of calling, leaving messages, fill in form off their website, email, Facebook messages and Instagram messages to get in contact. I received absolutely nothing back. Still to this day I’ve heard nothing. Definitely would not recommend them. You’re really just wasting your time.

My little one was about 10 months old and he loved it. Everything was clean and well looked after. The equipment in his area was all appropriate for his age. I liked the fact that you can bring your own food.

Lisa and her team are fantastic! The equipment is a huge hit, the kids absolutely love it, its clean and safe and just a wonderful addition to any party or event! Highly recommend
