Lovely, sensitive staff. Having my elderly dog put to sleep was distressing. Staff understanding and took great care. Was given as much time as I needed to say good bye. Whole procedure was gentle and respectful. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful souls that work here, everyone is always so kind and they really, truly care about your pet. Look at my beautiful girls bandage after getting blood taken.. enough said! Highly recommend.

We have always had good experiences at this VET. Have been going to this VET for a few years mainly for regular pet checks and yearly shots. Staff have always been friendly and attentive to our needs. We've had no issues at all and always felt well looked after and treated well.

Have been going to this vet for a few years now, in the past they have been awesome, yet today took my dog in as she had relapsed and needed her meds again. Didn’t give me the meds, did a blood test was meant to call tonight to let me know if she can go on different meds or stay on the same ones, no phone call and cost me $300! The whole point of the appointment was for more medication! On paying my account, the girl that I was dealing with was rude and abrupt! My cat died a few months back, I had an appointment a few days after she died for my dog. I asked if there was anything to pay and I was told no! But now there is a $700 bill for treating my cat, which they didn’t save! No phone call or letter to tell me that I owed this amount! But this girl was absolutely rude! There was no need for it when I was unaware of the bill! She pretty much made out I was lying! I asked if I could pay the bill off! Rudely she was like nope we don’t do that and if you don’t stay in contact with us about the bill it will escalate very quickly! Mind you we go to this vet often! I’m finding the vets that use to be there are no longer there, the receptionist/nurses are absolutely hopeless and rude! The only vet that is lovely is the one that did try to treat my cat. Very disappointed and don’t think I’ll be going back. That girl that was rude today should not be working with people! I’m absolutely fuming!

Personally I thought that they were Great, whilst Molly was far from impressed. She was sick mopping around for a couple of day but as soon as she got to the clinic she was alive. Tail wagging out of control like nothing was wrong. I think it was the rectal examination that made her realise where she was. With a yelp from the back room (literally), they found nothing wrong. Molly is all good now and we are not sure if she will cry wolf again anytime soon just to go in the car to the Vets.

The staff here are amazing and caring, not just for your fur babies but also for the parents. They gave us constant updates via phone during the day into the evening and early morning. The level of care is superb.

Love taking my dog's here. So friendly and helpful. Really care about your animals. Prices are competitive. Very professional outfit.
