The most horrible experience I have ever had with a law firm. Rude, unprofessional and have done little to provide any assistance over the 3 years they have represented us in a simple CTP insurance claim.

I have struggled a lot dealing with this firm. I found their work completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was the one who had to keep in contact for updates instead of the company contacting me and showing some sort of initiation towards their client. Every time I used to contact the office to get an update of what will be happening in regards to my case they extensively take their time to answer or would take my number to call back and never would, and when I do call back again I would have to speak to a different person who had no idea with what was going on with my case. So I always had to repeat my story again and again in order for them to understand what I actually wanted. I have always been complaining about those issues but even though complaints were not taken into consideration or seriously, and nothing gets changed. They kept repeating the same mistakes again and again. My biggest mistake which I really regret now was dealing with this firm.after three years and half wasted my time with them, they sent me a letter on the mail saying we have been sending fraudulent documents and this matter cannot be assisted further. they sent wrong information which was never said by me to CARS.everyone complains about them, do not waste you time with them. they are the worse.

Worst lawyers to deal with! Very hard to communicate with and never on time with anything!They Always try to avoid sending emails, and kept contacting me by calls only! They're allergic to any written replies!Not recommended at all in my opinion.
