Fluffy and Knuckles

Always happy with my dogs grooming.Pleasant staff. Rosie always comes out happy.

My aunt took her little dog to have have his nails clipped. Upon arrival she was advised that the price for this service had doubled. My aunt simply queried the price rise and was told it was raised months ago. So she willingly paid the new price.Staff took the little dog into the procedure area and moments later the dog began to squeal. My aunt and her friend rushed to the door and he was very agitated. The woman who was clipping his nails barged out and very rudely told my elderly aunt that she could not continue with “this dog” because he was agitated and he had bitten her. My elderly aunt asked where he had bitten her? She said he didn’t break the skin. There was no mark to be seen. She also said that she muzzled him but he got out of it and bit her.I’m wondering if my elderly aunt and her innocent querie regarding the price rise has caused this woman to be the one who was agitated and my elderly aunts dog suffered for it.What a terrible situation for an elderly person and their much loved companion.This little dog is known for his friendly disposition. He is just a puppy.Thankfully the money paid was refunded and we will looking for a new groomer.Very disappointed.

I've taken my dog here since she joined our family 5 years ago and after today I'll never go back.The new staff are lazy and rude. And they put the prices up. My dog has come home stresses out and upset.So disappointing I really liked this place until now.

I have been taking my dogs to Fluffy and Knuckes for so long now and when Jo sold the business I thought I would continue to support the new owners.I have just picked my dog up and the cut is terrible, a butcher could do a better job.Since the new owners have taken over they have increased the prices by $17, I get the cost of living has gone up but this is a joke for the cut they have been giving.I will not be returning and I can see why they are losing staff because clearly they will be losing customers.I’m done with Fluffy and Knuckles.

I just wanted to say I have been coming to Fluffy and Knuckles for over 10 years. I have always been happy with the care and efficiency. I would have a call within an hour and half to say my Hallie who has passed away and now Penny was ready to be picked up. Sadly the last two visits were not good due to Her hair cut and length of time Penny was there.I have Family who are not Happy with the service and won't be back. Disappointed.

I was skepitcal because of a handful of bad reviews, but we had a great experience. We have been customers for years, and will continue to keep going back. My dogs were clipped perfectly, and the staff were very friendly.

Do not take your dogs here the service is terrible and staff are rude. I had been a customer of fluffy and knuckles for 15 years ever since the prior owner Jo opened her business. I continued taking my dogs but after today no more. there is never any one to take your dogs at the front desk and if she is there she is extremely rude. My dogs were manhandled as they where all put into the one cage, one of my dogs is 14 years old and has arthritis in his legs and is going blind. I have never before seen anyone handle my dogs in such a bad way. I did ask the women to take care when putting them in the cage. When I returned I asked to speak with the owner and she was nothing but rude and no apology was forthcoming. We informed them that we will never be bringing them back again. I repeat do not use this service

Today was our first visit to Fluffy and Knuckles for a wash and clip for our cockalier Hamish. Can I just say what a lovely job you have done with his clip! He looks amazing, especially in his little bow tie. Thank you, we will be back.

unsure about some of the reviews left on here. the staff have always been so lovely, i’ve been taking my mums dog maggie for the past two years and have never had any problems. maggie is a very anxious dog but they always do a great job in making her comfortable. they really care about the dogs and even remember them! would highly recommend and is one of the best priced dog groomers around

I have been taking our dog to Fluffy and Knuckles for around 12 years or so. First with Jo and now with Bec. Our dog Wapo loves going there every 2 weeks and I am always happy with what they do. Highly recommend them.
