The team was phenomenal, ended up getting tuxedos for 5 of the groomsmen. The tuxedos were good quality and looks amazing. The team made the hiring, fitting and pick up process very easy and streamlined. Being an introvert, the idea of getting a suit sorted out for my wedding was always going to be a bit of struggle. I had very little knowledge in this field so wasn't really sure how to approach it all.However from the moment I stepped in to Black Jack Suiting they made the process super simple and really comfortable. Christian was flawless in presenting options and guidance and I never felt overwhelmed with figuring out what worked best for me. The communication was clear with all the timeframes for alterations and I never had any doubts the suit would be ready prior to the event.Christian was able to also subtly explain the correct way to wear the suit for best presentation which really helped cement confidence when it came to the big day. I can't thank him enough. It always felt like he was on top of everything throughout the entire process.I felt it was also nice that whilst I originally planned to just rent the suit, the option to buy was included at a reasonable price.
