Baxters Solicitors assisted us with our family estate matters and their communications throughout were very poor. We were held up throughout the process on many occasions due to no response to repeated emails and phone calls. Not recommended at all.

Pretty average service. Im sure the job itself was done adequate although communication was poor. Within the settlement period I made 3 calls 2 of which a msg was left but no call returned, and 1 I had actually got through to them. The lady who worked there had good customer service skills and always tried to help other than that I didn't get much opportunity to ask questions off my actual solicitor. Will look elsewhere for my next property.
