The best Spanish tapas and paellas in Australia. Extremely satisfied to have Casa Pancorbo as our favourite caterer. Casa Pancorbo's punctuality, presentation, service and food for our daughter's wedding in the Blue Mountains was absolutely spectacular. Just 7 days before the wedding, we added more tapas to the menu and made changes without any problem, always looking for the satisfaction of their customers. 100/100.
