I needed to travel over an hour to get to Rutherford, I was able to arrive at an earlier time and the work was completed in less time than expected. I arrived to find the front of my car had been vacuumed. The whole process was easy and the attendant was friendly and efficient. Great service!

Customer service was good, friendly staff, unable to fix my windscreen on the day but rebooked me for another day.Being able to send photos when doing online booking would be very helpful as then they would be able to see how big the chip or crack is, where the chip or crack is situated on the windscreen which would enable them to make a booking for the right process needed to be carried out.Otherwise, all good.

The ease of booking a replacement for my rear window in my ute was great.The person who booked it over the phone was great at the job, and even offered a discount, almost matching a secondary company but had the added advantage of being able 5o complete the job two days earlier.The installer came in the specified time, on Australia day and was completely finished in forty minutes.They were very thorough, even cleaning all of the bits of broken glass from inside and outside of the car.There was also a follow up to ask if I had any questions, and explain the warranty on the replacement as wellI will 100% recommend O'Brien to anyone who needs a window replaced.

The team at O'Briens were extremely friendly and accommodating. Whilst my car is a new BMW model and there were some complications regarding the camera and re-calibration, they were quick to resolve. Great team!
