Not sure about the quality of the product but communication and service was terrible. Twice I’ve taken a day off work to have my antenna installed. First time Alex called at the end of the day and said he couldn’t make it so we rescheduled. Second time he didn’t show up, reply to my messages or call to say he wouldn’t be coming. Taking time off work is for R&R, not sitting at home all day for nothing.

Alex was on time, very polite, explained what needed to be done - was able to install an antenna and 2 ports in around 2 hours - very professional, would highly recommend Alex.

Alex was fabulous. He came the day after initiating contact and dodged dubious weather to move our antenna cable and install our television on the wall. He was so quick and helpful we would recommend him to anyone wanting to modify their setup, as his rates were also so reasonable.
