Edge Early Learning Zillmere

When I first was looking for a daycare for my son Jaxson who is 3 yrs old I had anxiety. He had been in care before and I have to say it was awful. The day we went to have a tour o took my husband along so I could get this opinion on this brand new daycare that just opened.We met the director Sharlene and you know I have to say she won me the moment we walked in. Her heart is in the right place and the passion she has for the kids is beautiful.I explained our concerns I had and worries I had regarding Jaxson and she resured me that they would do everything in there power to make his journey a wonderful experience.I have to say so far it's the best daycare I have ever come across. The staff are amazing. I have nothing bad to say only positive things. My son is happy and safe which makes me so happy.I just wish this daycare was opened when my daughter was just starting her journey.Sharlene you are the best and you keep doing what your doing because you are amazing.Thank youSarah Munro

We have absolutely loved our experience at Edge Early Learning Zillmere with Centre Director Sharlene at the helm. As new parents, we were naturally anxious about leaving our children in the care of others for the first time, but Sharlene and her team put us at ease from the very first visit.The centre is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the staff are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The facilities and equipment are top-notch and the daily educational activities are thoughtfully planned and fun! Our children have thrived in their care. My husband and I are consistently impressed by the activities and experiences they get to do. The daily updates and photos give me peace of mind while I'm at work and we always look forward to getting the notifications.We are grateful for the attention and care that our children receive at Edge and are confident that any child would flourish under the guidance of Sharlene and her team at Edge Early Learning Zillmere. Five stars all around!

Edge Early Learning is by far the best childcare and early learning centre we have been to, and we scoped/tried/stayed and played a number of them before deciding to trust Sharlene and her team with our child, and it was the best thing we did.Since enrolling our child here, we have watched our child grow and develop in leaps and bounds. Everything the kids do is based around learning through play, and it is definitely showing when our kid is home with us.The team are extremely caring, attentive, friendly and at all times they communicate everything happening in the centre. They always treat the kids with respect and enforce healthy boundaries when needed guiding our little ones as they develop and learn to be independent.At our previous centre our child would come home frequently with all sorts of sicknesses, which is a problem for us as my partner works with extremely immunocompromised at-risk clients, where illnesses that don't cause concern in healthy people such as a simple cold could be fatal to a patient if contracted. Ever since enrolling at Edge early learning Zillmere, it's been extremely rare, which is a testament to how vigilant all the team are are monitoring for signs of illness and how quickly they take action to prevent further spread through the centre.The centre is always clean, well maintained and access is secure. Lots of natural light and big spaces indoors and outside but designed so the kids are never out of sight, and plenty of toys, equipment and activities to keep them engaged which is so vital at the early stages of life.Sharlene and her team consistently do an outstanding job. I cannot recommend Edge Zillmere highly enough to anyone considering an early learning centre for their child.

My little ones love the centre, their friends and the carers but poor communication and inconsistent policies has caused a multitude of problems/stress and endless illnesses capped off with numerous suspected illnesses that were non existent or misdiagnosed by staff. Requested a meeting with the centre director after a serious incident, which was ignored/overlooked for a week and forced us to find another centre. We were given the number of the COO but I already felt my children were an added hassle / unwanted by the centre. Really disappointed
