Always a fantastic experience when I have my hair cut! Very affordable and the staff are amazing with the kid's hair too!

The cuts are way too pricy, but the staff here are really friendly and do a good job. However, I really think they should implement an appointment service instead of just a walk-in policy. It just doesn't work.

I went in there for a trim, I showed the hairdresser how much I wanted off, she cut off way more than I wanted what was supposed to be a trim turned out to be me saying goodbye to most of my hair and to top it all off I wanted my hair layered and it’s not even blended in like a normal layer it looks like my 7 year old stepson cut it, all uneven with mismatching patches. Very disappointing to say the least,

No ability to book a hair cut over the phone, only walk ins. If you're in a hurry or are short of time maybe not the best place for you. Conveniently located though.

Could not connect to their app. Could not get them on phonefor Advice. On review frustrating not to be able to use app and not to be given info re distance but unfair for me to put one star as their actual haircut services are good

I recommend Lauren. She listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve how I visioned my hair to be. She's open-minded, friendly and children welcoming which is even better.Defiantly would come back to her and come back again. Thank you from the kids that cried and took your balloons and lollipop :)

I dropped in to Just Cuts Grafton when I was passing through for work and badly needed my hair cut. I was pleased to find that they have fully qualified, highly skilled hair dressers.They are friendly, efficient and great value for money.Best of all I didn’t need an appointment and was able to just walk in!Their attention to detail is excellent and they offered me advice on style and products that best suited my individual hair type.I was so impressed that I now plan my work trips so that I can stop at Just Cuts Grafton for a hair cut.

Went late afternoon for toddler haircut and fringe cut. Got straight in without a wait and quick service. Lady managed to keep daughter amused whilst doing the hair cut. $22 bit on pricey side but willing to pay not to wait or have to pre book

In Grafton today 13/07/22 to have my boy's hair cut to find they are closing at 2pm when it said online that they are open till 5:30.. alsoA few months back I arrived at just cuts Grafton around 10:30 thinking it was a walk in (not by appointment) and was told they are booked out for the day.
