My partner and I (both men) were in today to spoil our little niece for her 3rd birthday. We spent about 20 minutes in the store looking over items and taking pictures to send to our family members who were not with us for advice. As we are two middle aged men, we aren't clear on children's clothes sizes.The problem with this visit is that there were 4 staff behind the counter talking away and not once were we ever acknowledged or asked if we needed help. We definitely needed help, it was pretty clear we were put of our depth. We had picked out several hundred dollars worth of items to buy but as we were not able to confirm the sizes or get any help we just left.Even as we left and walked right passed them. I made eye contact with the one I would assume was the manager. I was hoping she would talk to me. We left in silence. Spending our money at Rebel and Myer now.
