I have been in to Kitchen Connection Sth Tweed several times this year, just to get ideas, thinking about built in robes.I was pleasantly surprised with the helpful staff, Mel, Angie and Jo, who helped with ideas and products but weren't too pushy for a sale.I'm still just thinking, because their service means I'll come back to them when I'm ready.And yes, they told me up front, the deposit for the use of their in home designer's time is not refundable. Great place, great staff! Worth a visit.

Read all the fine print as there is No REFUND of deposit if you want to cancel. Organised a 'free ' measure and quote for kitchen alteration. Very expensive quote. We were ecouraged to pay deposit, which we did. 5 business days after the quote we changed our mind and wanted to withdraw from the contract but found there was No Cooling off period. We lost our $2,000 deposit! They would not refund it or even discuss. Very disappointed! What a money grab!! Beware!!!

Unbelievable customer service couldn’t more happier with the entire process. Staff very very knowledgeable and think outside the box. Came up with an amazing design for our brand new kitchen. Most highly recommend ! Thanks team.

Jo and the team were fantastic helping us design the WIR and assisting to work out what we wanted. Would definitely recommend them. They were also very competitive.

I have just ordered 2 wardrobes from the Tweed Heads store. Love that they have a showroom so you can see the quality of their products and get a good idea of how your design will look. No questions were too trivial for Matthew and his staff. Even though they have not been installed yet, I know I will not be disappointed.

I have just had a new kitchen installed and am so excited about the result. Right from the beginning the staff at Kitchen Connection, South Tweed were helpful and professional, assisting me with my ideas and making changes when needed. From the staff in the showroom…..Jo, Marli, to the designer…Tom and the final measurements checker and manager of the project…..Sam, everyone ensured I got the result I was looking for. thank you everyone!
