Pros- Great quality RHS shed & in-store service and help from John. But he couldn’t fully answer my questions I wanted to know going in as a owner builder.Cons- do not use rapid steel constructions to erect your shed - it took 3 weeks to erect. I had to clean up after them each 1/2 day they were in. Was happy with the end erection result but I wouldn’t use them again as it was drawn out way to long.Use a registered builder.

Went in after receiving a competitive quote to see the product. Sales person didn't even get out of the chair and when I asked to see what the structure looked like was told 'see that carport out there? Its like that'. Also to have a look at it on my way out.... Did not want my business...

Absolutely disgusted with the service we recieved this morning. The man that greeted, and I use the term loosely, us was rude and arrogant. He continually interrupted my partner while he was trying to explain what we wanted. He was very unhelpful and was not interested in our business at all. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Definitely not the service you expect when spending upwards of $30,000...

My overall experience has been very negative. John fron ureaka sheds was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. (Update) However, since the change in management, they have made sure everything is up to scratch and have been really helpful to deal with

Eureka build an Excellent Shed. Did all negotiations face to face so didn’t have the communication problems as a lot of customers as plans and invoices done then and there, and the contractor organized to erect did a good job, had a little leak from the window but easily fixed.

Product is excellent. However the service provided was appalling. Company was employed to provide a full service, planning, permits, the lot. I had to organise all permits and contractors, even thought the pledged to provide this service. While the ownership has changed, the service has not. They have taken on other people's projects and simply don't care. You contact head office and no one returns calls. Only after your $$$, AVOID! Might as well have done it all myself.

Our price had to change due to Building regsThey are not builders so once the price goes above a certain $ you need to get a builder involved - disclosures before you even start would have made a big differenceQuality was good - slab and erecting team were greatBut where was the Customer Service never have we had any follow up from Eureka Ballarat to see if we were happyIt was always about the $

Rude arrogant salesman if you call him that, dont bother with head office either their just as bad , no after sales service just ignore you, AND if being Built by rapid constructions stay right away inexperenced un trained cowboys then insults you when you find fault in his shonky building practices, demands money before job is finished ,Never again from the company
