The two ladies kept chatting to each other while four people still waiting for service.Had a yabby in a tank floating! Stock was low on shelf,was a horrible experience watching the lady wait then she complained about service! Oh dear I go elsewere

I buy our kitty litter from here but aside from that I find them quite expensive and there is not a lot of choice in wet cat food any more .

A bit on the expensive side when it comes to accessories and always seems to be out of stock for the smaller size less expensive aquarium water treatment and food supply but always has the largest most expensive size, has at times a good selection of aquarium fish, dog washing facility, become a member and get a discount on pet food only, friendly staff and lots of parking.

It makes me sad to say that since COVID hit, these guys have changed their opening hours and have not gone back. That makes it tough for me to get there. Also, some products have more than doubled in price (I know that is not always within their control).These 2 things are going to force me to shop online more, just to try and keep costs within a reasonable range...

I find the staff very unwelcoming you walk in and their usually talking and don't look at their customers. They don't ask if you need help. The manager is one of the rudest people ever
