The marinated crabs are delicious but other dishes are really basic and overpriced.

Never been a such bad and unhappy experience in a restaurant . It is an insult and just wonder what kind of restaurant owner can behave such low moral character ?We have a kid that can’t eat spicy. We already ask twice the staff wether the marinaded eels was spicy cos our kid can’t eat any spicy and he say not spicy. Then came out the 1 kg marinaded eels was spicy. The three of us each tried one small piece and our kid had a bite of his piece. The staff then took the rest of the eels on the grill and say will give us the salty taste one. Then it turn out the salted eel was just less than half portion of ours order.We call the staff many times ask for why ?The only answer was wait and will ask for the kitchen ! One hour gone and our dinner nearly finished. We asked again and their final answer was the kitchen only received half amount of the eels thus only return that portion, even though we tried to explain we only took 4 pieces and straight away realise they were spicy and ask for change. It is ridiculous that they think we cheated for more. Just wonder why four small pieces can be half of the portion of 1kg. Well if you don’t want to change the eels and believe that wasn’t spicy, they can just tell us. Don’t being such rude and mean.

It’s not common for us to see eel bbq restaurant in Australia. I am a big fan of grill eel so I was very excited about the meal.We ordered eel for couple (1 salted & 1 marinated). When served, they were already half cooked. You only need to grill them for 2-3 mins for a better charcoal flavour. I personally love the salted one more. It was soft, full of greasy tasty texture. Such a comfort food!!!!The other meat quality was also good. Beef ribs was well marinated and soft. Pork belly was savoury and crispy in the outside when cooked.Seafood pancake was a big portion. We feel perfect for four to share. Crispy outside, generous seafood toppings!!! And the cold noodle soup was so appetising because it was cold and a bit sour with the sauce. It helped us to achieve a well balance after you had lot of meat bbq. Please rmb do not skip the sauce for the noodle!!! They elevated the noodle to another level :)))Overall, we enjoyed the food and service. The only problem was the poor ventilation in the restaurant. There were five tables of customers and the room was smoky. Because of the steaming hot charcoal pot, you might feel a bit stuffy during the meal. We couldn’t stay too long so we left right after we finished. Hope they could improve the ventilation problem in the future. But for the food quality, will definitely come back !!

First time I had bbq eels cook on the table. It was succulent, oily flesh and it just melted in the mouth. We also tried the fresh raw crabs. It was salty, briny, garlicky, and umami packed delicious. If you want to experience top-notch traditional Korean food, this place is for you.

I’ve never had eel bbq before and this was a first for me. High quality meats and very delicious. Exceptional customer service and very authentic Korean food. Would definitely recommend this place for those who are curious!

The price hike is quite steep, but also understand produce is expensive nowadays, so has to be paased on to consumer.The eels were meaty and fatty (in a good way), the pork belly was good and the kimchi banchan is especially yummy.The chives pancake is the most delicious pncake we’ve had in a while.Good enough service, recommend.

I was actually skeptical about this restaurant after reading the reviews. However my first visit to this restaurant turned out amazing. The staffs were friendly and attentive. Food were delicious too. In addition they must have changed their menu as the eels were per pax instead of weight.

It tastes much better than eating in Korea. It is a great fortune to be able to eat traditional Korean barbecue in Sydney. The owner chef's passion for food is fully reflected in the food.
