Lorraine was brilliant. The location and setup of the room made us feel relaxed. Lorraine was great at teaching us how to do relaxing massages. It was so good we decided to get our own massage table. In which Lorraine gave us some good tips in what to look for. Will be recommending this to anyone.

Today I walk like a new woman almost pain free, and it all thanks to the amazingly talented Lorraine at Mindful Natural Therapies. I was using the ball of my foot to walk as I have complex issues with my ankle. The pain was unbareable and to the point where I didn't want to move. After one session, yes one, Lorraine was able to reduce the swelling and regain movement in my seized ankle. I can't thank her enough for what she has given back to me already. I can't wait for my ongoing treatments to see what capabilities lie ahead!

I've been receiving treatments from Lorraine at Mindful Natural Therapies for a number of years now for a number of reasons.I walked into my first treatment with severe lower back pain and was wearing a support belt. After the Reflexology treatment, I noticed a reduction in pain and was able to walk somewhat normal as well. My partner and I visited Loraine for a couple’s massage course after google searching options in Brisbane. Loraine was very knowledgeable and patient, with great suggestions around how to adapt the massage techniques for our particular needs. The setting was very peaceful and inviting and we also received detail course notes. Would highly recommend Loraine’s couples massage course.

Totally recommended.... Lorraine is soo good at what she does. After seeing several other people to help me with my elbows with no positive outcome I came across Mindful Natural Therapies & am so happy as I no longer have pain!! Well worth the beautiful drive to the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains.
