5 stars for the former building manager: Nick Lamaison! Best manager so far. Friendly.. full of initiatives.. and knows the best for the residents. Sadly he doesn't work here anymore.

Best Meriton in Zetland, Waterloo & Rosebery!! The manager Nick is always helpful and patient, security is at the reception most of the time. will definitely come back if they have timber floor for one bedroom apartment.

Nick, our building manager, has been absolutely wonderful! If we had any concerns or needed help he always did so quickly and professionally. By far the best management we have seen since our long time in the building. Thank you Nick for always being such a pleasure

Living in a place which supervised by a bad manager. Often found the front desk empty but then I saw he just finished gym. No idea how this non-friendly-face choosen to sit at the front while he has to face a lot people. 1 star rating for him. But anyway, now he's been replaced with a new guy who's 180 degree different with him. Four stars rating the new one. In terms of the property, another sad story to be faced by users. Long to explain but overall this property is appropriate for those with a lot money but less demand.

I have been living in the Vista Grande by Meriton for the last three years. The building is in a convenient location with good amenities. But what made the difference for me is the building manager Nicholas. Nick has demonstrated an exception level of professionalism with a warm heart. He always smiles and is always there to help. As a building manager Nick has to enforce certain rules, but he does that with care and compassion. That makes staying in Vista Grande such a nice experience.

The best Meriton accommodation in Sydney by a long shot. The staff make this possible and really do go the extra mile to help out their tenants. Nick in particular is always ready and willing to assist us and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and that our needs are being met.

I called them recently for a property on a Monday morning around 9:30 AM. The person (not the Building Manager) who received my call told me to send my email address via text so that they could send me the details. So I texted my email right away.I called them around lunch to check again, and they hung up the call. So I again called around 2:00 PM. They hung up again and sent this text - management is currently unavailable. Please SMS or email vista.leasing...".The next day

You put in a maintenance request. Hear nothing then all of a sudden you come home to a stranger in your house taking photos of said maintenance. Not even a courtesy email that they’ll come first.

The building is great and in good location with supermarkets and cafes close by. What stands out the most is the building manager, Nicholas. He's a great guy. Very helpful and gets things done asap. Fixed all of my issues within minutes! 10/10 would recommend.
