I engaged Fit N Fab Fitness with Karen as my PT (after experiences at some of the big gym chains). I have put my trust in Karen and Nic. They really know what they're doing in fitness, nutrition and client care. I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been and the nutrition plan is simply second to none. I am in great shape and not only achieving my targets, but feeling great!

I’v used so many PT’s in last 10 years and Fit n Fab is the ONLY one I have stuck with. After 3 years, I can finally say that exercise is part of my life and I love to train (well most of the time). All the trainers are so good at reading their client and tailoring that days workout to how their client is feeling. No fads, no unrealistic expectations and 100% care.
