Walked in, explained my issue, told me his quick solution. Tested in shop, but I said the tests would not conclusively prove a successful solution. I was short on time as I actually expected to walk in and leave but he was convinced of his opinion so I agreed to try at home. I thought it was a free of charge suggestion but he started on about needing to charge for his expert option so I reluctantly paid $43. Turned out his solution was totally incorrect. Waste on time and money - RIPPED OFF!!!!Took it to Umart and they repaired for $35.Edit: Thanks for clarifying that you NEVER would have fixed this issue for how much I got it fixed for. You were WAY off. I could not follow what you were explaining as it was making little sense. The instore tests were inconclusive - I was telling you that.As I said very unhappy I basically gave you money for nothing. Lesson learned... never visit you again - and recommend no one else does too.
