We are building a new home with a local builder and were disappointed when we found out the Hardwood timber floor that we selected was out of stock. Lisa and the team went out of their way to ensure my wife and I found an alternative that we loved just as much as the original. Even to the extent of ordering multiple different cartons of flooring and making sure we knew the exact batch and shade we would see in our home. Just had a brand new house built and went to Ultimate Flooring Co for carpets and hybrid flooring. Lisa was so patient with me and helped choose the best carpets and flooring for my family’s needs and budget.
