Blueprint Homes

We have been invited to do a review on our experience so far with Blueprint Homes, and with so many bad experiences happening with building at the moment I wanted to share our positive one. We found Blueprint Homes after falling in love with one of their display homes and decided to contact them. From the initial point of contact they have been so helpful and we are now at the stage of waiting for our land to be titled. Our sales consultant Peter Wilson has been amazing, he assured us there are no stupid questions, made himself available for us to contact even when he was on leave, has been open and transparent with us when we came to him with concerns about the risk of potential price increases, has put in place safe guards for us to reduce the risk of that actually happening to us and helped design our dream home exactly the way we wanted it. We’ve also been using their in house finance to arrange our mortgage and our finance broker Claire Ferguson has been great with explaining everything to us, making it really simple and again is so easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Now we are at this stage Jaime Henderson has been assigned as our After Sales Client Liaison and she’s been so quick with setting up our client log in, helping me colour match the display and letting us know next steps. In an uncertain time to be building we really feel like we are in safe hands! So far so good!

Blueprint Homes are building just around the corner of my home in Jindalee. The area was cleared one day, rubbish removed same day. The form work was set one day for the pad, the next day the pad was poured. A month passed and then the bricks and frames arrived. One Brick layer laid the entire house bricks in just over two weeks. The rubbish was piled together over the course of the build and removed two days after the brickie had finished. The site is immaculate and waiting on the roof carpenters now. Its refreshing to see a build site looking so clean. Pity about the other companies on the new allotments.

avoid if you could. Delays after delays and the last request for the extension was 6 months. And it is still a Tentative date. Don't know what happen, they are usually very reputable in the building industry in Perth, but the recent experience is very appalling and we are just about to seek legal advise.

I wanted to do an update of the last review I posted, almost a year ago, of our continuing experience with Blueprint Homes, now we are almost at the end of “preconstruction”. It’s only taken this long due to a massive delay in our land reaching practical completion and finally being titled in November. Since my last review we continued to be in contact with our original sales consultant Peter Wilson, who continued to go above and beyond for us, right up until we were almost at prestart. Thanks to him we noticed a couple of things, that we would have never of seen without the 3D walk through that he organised for us right at the end. Throughout the preconstruction process we were still dealing with Jaime Henderson, who replied to all of our emails and questions with lightening speed, and made everything so easy. But the real stand out for us has been our prestart consultant Jo Frendo, who literally deserves a pay rise. She has made such a daunting process so easy, and nothing asked of her has been too hard or pushed back on. Jo also found a couple of things that we had chosen in our prestart and on our original PPA that we didn’t need, saving us over $1000, that we could use towards things we really wanted for our home. A business is only as good as the people who work for them, and I now understand why Blueprint Homes keeps winning customer service awards. Building a house in todays climate is so scary, but if you are considering it please go through Blueprint, because they have been such genuine, knowledgable people who are just good at what they do. Google reviews are nothing compared to the “instagram build pages”, that we have found invaluable throughout this whole process. All it takes is searching #blueprinthomes on Instagram and you will find multiple clients who are documenting their build journeys. There is not one bad word to say from our experience and others that we have seen so far. We are so so grateful we decided to build through them, and I will update again once we are in the “construction” process. Thank you Blueprint for being a stand out amongst some absolute cowboys in the industry at the moment, we can’t thank you enough!

Too early to give a review as I've only paid my deposit and home build won't begin until I've sold my current property.All I can say is the salesperson who took my deposit was very helpful and professional at his job.

High quality stuff. The bathrooms and kitchens are awesome. Just need to improve and add more to select from, especially on the kitchen side and Garage doors.

We are looking to build a new home and Leon at Blue Print has been nothing but fabulous and patient with us. We like to know the ins and outs and the whats and whys before we do anything and bless his heart he has been there for us the hole way so far. We still have not signed up but he makes contact every week to check in and see how he can help us more. We will be signing up its just time for us.
