We needed a kitchen and a bathroom totally stripped and rebuilt. I have learned to be deeply suspicious of ever finding quality tradesmen, but after considerable research our choice was this small owner/operator firm. Our experience has been great. Much appreciated is their honesty and enthusiasm to achieve a quality makeover with transparent financials. Our big surprise was the unexpected visit a month after finish to enquire if we were totally satisfied, and willingness to amend anything that we were in any way unhappy with. Yes, would recommend to a friend for sure.

Waterways were recommended to me by the leading supplier of tiles to the building industry in Western Australia.They did an excellent job of stripping out and refitting two bathrooms a laundry and a kitchen for me.They did such a good job that I recommended them to three other apartment owners in our nine unit complex.All were extremely satisfied with Waterways work.

This was the second bathroom renovation undertaken with Sheena and Delvin and again the outcome was outstanding. I ask a lot of questions and enjoy being part of the process but not once did Delvin show any sign of impatience. His attention to detail is second to none and he is a stickler for dust control during construction which is hugely important when remodelling an internal room. Also very open with financial management of the project. Highly recommended.
