Don’t bother to come here. I was just told that if I don’t spend weekly there there is no point signing up. I told her I am hair & makeup and purchase a lot weekly. I had to convince her to let me sign up as a working industry hair & makeup stylist. It’s crazy!! I will just keep spending my hard earned money weekly at the Villawood one. They are so nice there and have never made me feel bad about signing up. They can have all my business.I came here because I read good reviews.....

The ladies were so incredibly helpful when I went in today and bought SNS powders and liquids. I basically needed a whole SNS set. I'm so time poor, it's hard for me to get an hour to spend in a salon just to get my nails done. The ladies were lovely, explained what I needed, and even wrote down some instructions for me to follow at home. Thank you for the help!

I came to this supplier. There are 2 long hair ladies, they always seem helpful and have their manners toward their customers (to me). But there's this one lady, she has short hair and she's very rude, the way she talks to customers. Everytime i asked her for help ,she always felt uncomfortable when ever we asked her for help and even show her anger at us. We as customers, we buy and pay with our own money . So please have manners and show respect toward your customers.

Don’t support this supplier. They don’t deserve it. The most rude and obnoxious family I’ve ever met. The mum and daughter duo have no idea what customer service is. Terrible and unprofessional. Prices and sky high than other suppliers. I had wanted to purchase Gelish top and base when the lady recommended another brand. I went back the next day to exchange back to the brand I originally wanted. The rude duo spoke so rude and declined to let me exchange it. The items were unopened and there was nothing wrong with it. She refused. I mean what a disgrace, even when you purchase from other stores as long as you have not open it, stores generally allow you to exchange. Keeping your customers happy should be their first priority so they will continue to come back. No common sense! I’m embarrassed they are Vietnamese! Stuck up and down right rude. Will NEVER shop there again! I recommend going to another store. Their prices are a rip off!

I came to this supplier and they recommended me the worst “after blow dry oil” and turns out to be an oil to mix with hair colour tint. Literally ruined my hair and my mothers hair as well. The staff are so rude. Extremely disrespectful and they speak their own language while I was trying to explain my issue with the product. They don’t know how to deal and gain customers I just don’t recommend anything from this supplier. It’s just titled as a “supplier” but in fact it should be titled as “worst supplier” and just to not give back money, they recommend anything towards getting cash. DON’T EVER GO TO THEM. BAD SHOP BAD SUPPLIER!

Unprofessional customer service and fake products, wasted my time to come all the way from the city to Cabramatta and got told the products they sell have no problem despite other customers in the store all agree that their products are wrong
