Burwood Car & Dog Wash

Wonderful service! I lost my stuff here and a staff contacted me a couple of days after. We washed our dog here last week and the washing station is super clean.

Avoid at all cost.Potentially dangerous, narrow entrance, if you have a big car don’t bother might get scratch if not careful.Terrible value, pay 16 dollars and drive away with a wet car, because only the highest priced option has the blow dry option, used to be on other options.Rude management, with poor communication skills.

The car was cleaner before the wash.After paying $18 for a premium wash, my car still had dirt on the windows and on the sides. The black plastics that were shiny before the wash are now faded. The drying feature poorly dried the vehicle. Never again.

Stumbled upon this carwash few days ago and was stoked with the brushless system (hate those brushed auto car wash). After reading some of the negative reviews i just wanna share that this system(laser wash) is meant or ideal for cars that have ceramic coatings to avoid streaks making it eassier for the blower/dryer to work its magic (if you dont have ceramic protection or even a recent wax on it then avoid this and do it manually). Ofcourse with every wash, you are suppose to hop off and check your car to wipe off or dry water excess on some spots.P.s the laser system for those who are not familiar is not a total clean solution when you have a very dirty car that has grimes, bugs, muds, webs on your mirrors etc. This system is meant for cermaic coated cars with slightly soiled or dusty cars that needs a quick wash without touching it and introduce slight/invisible scratches.

Enjoy the facilities. Clean, bright lighting and decent water pressure.Only thing that would improve the experience for myself would be if the vacuums didn’t sit right before the self-wash bays. Have turned up a couple of times waiting forever for people to vacuum when all I usually need is just need a quick rinse.

Best car wash! Always really neat and tidy and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. The drive through lazer wash is by far my favourite with the cool lights and great smelling soap I can actually smell it from in the car (windows closed haha) I also love that they have different payment methods, can use the app, tap my card or use cash. They even have a dog wash area.

Got the Deluxe car wash on Groupon and came here on a Saturday morning at 9:30. The whole thing took around 1 hour and 20 min. The inside of the car is decently clean but the windows and exterior still have tree sap which they didn’t clean. I had to pay $5 extra for bird poo on the exterior. Disappointing they didn’t clean the tree sap. After I checked the gutters I’m bringing down my rating to 2 stars since it’s really not as clean as I expected for a Deluxe Wash.
