ANC Delivers

Recently purchased a new Fridge delivered from Harvey Norman and the ANC Delivery drivers arrives in the determined time frame and took great care installing the fridge and carrying it up a flight of stairs.Big shout out. Thank you.The bonus is they took the old fridge and all the packaging away.

My husband and I are doing renovations and we got a quote for a cabinet maker to make and install 2 wardrobes, floor to ceiling, his quote was $6865 we were go smacked, so we went to IKEA in Adelaide. Short story, able to get exactly for under $3000 including delivery. Very happy!

Unlike other delivery drivers in the past which have been attached to their earpieces and were barely conscious of making a delivery, my delivery driver today was competent and professional, reversed truck up with precision, helped unload plasterboard sheets and cornice. Well done.

Just received my delivery today and the ANC driver went above and beyond to getting the load as close as possible to my job site which easily saved me 2 hours and unnecessary manual handling. Thank you again. Would use your services any day.

We were very impressed with the care and professionalism of the ANC driver today, great communication, plenty of time to ensure we were home…very friendly and delivered/placed a pallet of pavers exactly as requested. I have a greater appreciation of the cost of a crane truck, well worth it, and all pavers delivered intact and no double handling. Highly recommended.

Prompt deliveries from Bunnings driver(S). Some come in a car, others in a van or truck depending on what I’ve ordered. They park in my driveway or at front of house, respectfully. My orders are always left with me in friendly manner. They always ring the doorbell and wait a bit for me to answer (I leave instructions to leave order unattended if I’m not home) they even offer and help bring product inside if it’s heavy or if I ask (once recently I’d had shoulder surgery and bought lots of rubbery backed house mats which were heavy. He asked me if I wanted the parcels brought inside, same with potting mix bags and plant pots order) but otherwise leave my product safely out of sight. They are careful, helpful and professional. I’m very happy and feel confident ordering online and receiving orders from Bunnings. Also My orders are always correct and correct orders delivered, except for once when I received wrong colour mat as you could not specify which one you wanted but I thought it was the one I was looking at not the other choices. This was easily fixed by ringing my store. They picked the right one personally and said they’d forward my feedback to higher management about the online issue of not being able to specify a colour or pattern on a floor mat if there are others in the range available as well. We redid the sale over the phone and they asked me to return the other one in store at my convenience but I decided to keep it for use in another area. So what I’m saying is this was a store issue not a driver issue but the overall experience is usually extremely positive from order to receipt of it.

Excellent service. Both the service personnel were efficient and made sure that all packing material was removed, machine installed and cleaned up the area afterwards.Loved their professionalism and work ethic. Worthy of 10 stars if I could give them!
