WORST SERVICE! I just gave her 1 star because I could not post this otherwise. I would actually give this business minus 100 stars!Good luck to you if she loses your dry cleaning. She will blame you and not assist you in locating the item. She will even go as far as denying she ever dry cleaned your item.MY ADVICE:If you must use her dry cleaning service, when you drop your items in for dry cleaning make sure you do not give her any wiggle room to blame you. Make sure when she writes on the ticket she is specific about your item, i.e dress with belt" or "item has no damage"
