Mixed Bag of Experiences at Our Medical Caroline SpringsNavigating through my visit at Our Medical Caroline Springs was akin to a rollercoaster ride. On the bright side, I experienced stellar service from Amy at the front desk and Maria, the diligent nurse intern. Their professionalism, friendliness, and alacrity deserve nothing short of 5 stars!However, this joyride took an abrupt plunge when I met Dr. Mamdouh Melaik. Picture this: you're feeling unwell, you think it's an emergency, and you're met with a less-than-compassionate response. It felt like I was being reprimanded rather than being treated. His initial demeanor felt more like a hard knock of the gavel than a comforting pat on the back.His quick judgement, devoid of any inquiry into my medical history, was a bitter pill to swallow. It was only when I stood my ground that he took me to his office, albeit reluctantly.The redeeming moment came when Dr. Melaik, eventually tuning in to my concern, referred me to a nearby hospital for a necessary brain scan. I truly appreciate his recognition of his initial oversight and his subsequent apology. This very act has warranted him the solitary star in this review.Had he initially practiced his medical expertise with a spoonful of empathy, I wouldn't hesitate to hail Our Medical Caroline Springs with 5 bright stars.Regardless, I departed with a cocktail of feelings and an overall rating of 2 stars. I value and respect the medical profession immensely and hope my experience serves as a prompt to improve patient empathy and understanding. After all, every patient's voice needs to be heard and respected.

Terrible and pathetic experience!I went to this clinic a few times and the wait time is beyond 2 hours with no one available at reception to assist.Last week I went there directly since no one was picking up the phone, tried checking-in via the app but was ‘out of centre range’, and going there was told they were not taking anymore patients and it was only 6:30 pm. I spent $50 in uber to and fro only to be told this.Also the doctors here are worse. Dr. Leila is so judgemental for a doctor, I have mental health issues and went to see for an anxiety condition and also told about the abuse I face at home, she was quick to brush it aside saying it was post partum depression and I should not divorce my spouse. Instead of patiently listening, she made me feel terrible.Another Dr. Yadna couldnt even communicate properly, replied in 2 sentences that my blood work was ok, nothing to worry and showed me the door without proper consultation.Avoid this centre people if you truly care about yourself and your sick family members, there are better medical centres out there!

Waited on the line for two and a half hours today and still no one picked up the phone.They say they only answer their phones between 9am to 5pm but they don’t.Also don’t answer their phones on the weekend at all.Very poor customer service at this clinic!!!!

I am very disappointed to receive an email today advising if I don't join a rewards program, I will need to pay a fee to see a doctor. I changed over to Our Medical Caroline Springs in good faith after they promoted their bulk billing facility. I also encouraged several family members to change over. I will no longer go to this clinic.

The wait times blow out very quickly I'm still waiting to be called and I have waited for 1hr and 20mins so far. Looks like only 2 doctors on (Saturday morning) and 15 people waiting. Not great. But I like the convenience of not having to book an appointment and it's open late 7 days per week.-My 6 year old son wanted a drink of water but they don't have any available. Not good enough if you have young kids and elderly people waiting so long you should provide water.- No baby change table to change my babies nappyA lot to improve on OUR MEDICAL.If you come here, bring a cut lunch and a sleeping bag

Giving 3 stars to the medical centre. If I were reviewing the doctor (Dr Shahab) I see at this centre, I would be giving 5 stars. Without him, this medical centre would be very much poorer. Have never in my 46 years had better care from a Medical Practitioner. He is an absolutely outstanding doctor.

Best time to go in is when it opens at 7am especially for the kids. Had to take my 5 boys in and we only waited 10mins. Dr Agaibi was so patient with my boys esp when I have 3 under 5. Definitely recommend

Ready to wait at least 2 hours. Wasting everyone's time without scheduling system. 31 patients waiting at 5.30pm. receptionist said 5 doctors available, but only 1 doctor actually calling patients.In addition to walk-ins, Please take scheduled appointment through your application or telephone, so patients do not have to wait for hours to see a doctor.Update at 6.30pm: receiptionist says 37 patients & 3 doctors. But actually just 1 doctor is taking patients.Finally met doctor at 7.35pm. Waste of time.

The receptionist was able to triage me appropriately to have me seen urgently by one of the doctors quite late at night - around 9PM. She was really friendly and reassuring. The doctor was accurate in his diagnosis and gave me the appropriate referrals to further investigate my symptoms. I did however find that parts of my presentation & symptoms were dismissed.

unprofessional wait time is unbelievable especially with a baby so risky too with all these viruses around.introduce appointment and more happy staff on so you guys be more organised.. no one answers the phone either even they claim they only answer between 9 and 5 not true and if they answer they are so rude and give you attitude..I think emergency department be faster and more organised then them for sure they need more cleaning and hygiene too..waist of time and money never again
