Steak was nice but Seaford platter was very disappointing not what it showed on the menu, certainly overpriced for what we got and no presentation. Not enough staff, very rushed. Won’t be going back.

Wow what a surpriseSuch a wonderful experience and accommodating staffWide selection of mealsVegan options were excellent and deliciousThere was a lot of people on our table (ten) and all meals came out together, were hot and cooked perfectly.

Excellent menu. Food was very good. Lovely waitress who doted on us despite it being a bistro. Bit difficult to get from the carpark to the front door as it was a long way and no parking near front entrance. Difficultly because my partner has leg injury.

Update as of 5th Jan 2023Thanks for your reply. My MIL has since been back 2/1/23 and she said that the service and said conditioning was fantastic! They had a lovely dinner and the atmosphere was very pleasant. So I'm happy to return again too.The food was delicious but the service wasn't great. We waited over half an hour after ordering to get the food. The staff were clearly busy and a little stressed by the look of things. The air-conditioning wasn't on or wasn't working so it made the room really uncomfortable and warm. We asked three times for some cool air. I won't be going back there which is a shame because the food really was very good.

I read reviews that it has quite good reviews on the internet. However I was disappointed. Firstly it’s our first time, the female staff took us to the table, explained there were some special written on the wall, but she failed to tell us to order food through the counter. We were waiting for the table service although staff were walking around but no one kindly came and told us. Second the rump steak I had was dry and not my desired. I told them I wanted to have my steak medium rare cooked. It’s almost well done. I don’t think I would visit this restaurant again, sorry!!

Very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a booking, just dropped in our way home from the City.Used the Me&U app to order meals and drinks. Used the Monty card and received a discount.Enjoyable spontaneous dinner with my number1.I had the Parma, and missus had steak. Both nice meals.

Awesome food and value for money. Way above what I was expected. Steak was perfect. The calamari was amazing.Friendly helpful staff.I'm going back!

Food was very good for a Hotel. Service was a little slow. They really need to consider access for people with disabilities. Having to push a wheelchair from a lower car park to the hotel entrance level was challenging!

The food is good. This is the only pub I have ever been to where a staff member went into the playground and told the children to be quiet. Not family-friendly at all for a pub with a playground. We won't be booking any family birthdays here again.

Nice Pub. We’ve visited the Mitcham Hotel many times over the years and never been disappointed with anything.The only criticism if any, the staff can be a bit “iffy” at times. Like they would rather be somewhere else. The food is always good so I guess that makes up for it.
