One older woman ,blond with glasses is rude and arrogant shouldn't be in customer service would be better out the back,dread if she serves me ,always know it's not going to be a good experence,all other staff are really good,always helpful and do their jobs well

The Best Post Office in the World!!! I love the staff, they are so friendly and attentive. My parcels always arrive on time and every time I go into the store they have a huge smile on their face. I totally love them. Thanks for making life for us so wonderful. You guys rock!!!!

Great service again. We ordered product on line Monday from Sydney and it was delivered in Ararat Wednesday morning. Can't complain about that. ThanksStaff doing a great job, unfortunately sick occasionally and cannot always be there. PO boxes and parcel secure boxes available. Still a great service appreciated by most,.

Many times I have used this post office and have found the women serving bordering on rude. Invariably I've waited lengthy times to be served, generally ignored. Is it because I don't have 3 generations in the local cemetery?
