Very disappointed in my dog's grooming today. Charged us $70 only to tell us they were not able to handle our dog. Picked up our dog soaking wet and way smellier than when we dropped him off. Would have appreciated a phone call before we picked him up to let us know he was not able to be bathed properly. He is worse than before and now we are out $70.

I have been using Smoochie Pooch for years now and I can honestly say that my dog has been happy after every smooch. I unfortunately had to go elsewhere once and my dog returned unable to walk and very depressed (he is 12 and has arthritis).
