Had a fantastic customer experience with Casper helping me in store with bibs, jersey and a rain jacket selection by ensuring the fit was right which is hard as a lot of the jersey sleeves cut into my arms and shoulders but are too loose around my waist. We tried several sizes and types of jerseys and fitted me up perfectly to a jersey that I wouldn't have purchased online. I'm really happy walking away with the selected clothing. Thank you for being back in Sydney and thank you to the team (Casper) for helping me today.

Walked by this store and popped in to have a browse and was served by Casper. Such a wonderfully experience, he was patient and attentive and explain all the different types of long sleeve jerseys and gilets from race fit to a relaxed club fit. I am a MTB rider but like to interchange with road bike clothing on some rides depending the weather. Casper gave great advise and happy to recommend this shop and product

Very limited stock of sizes. Basically if you're not size small or medium you're out of luck here. Especially as someone who intentionally came into the store to get the correct sizing as it's been disappointing. Expected much better from a physical Rapha store with so few of them around.

I’m 62 and regularly compete in TTs at club and national level. I walked into this store looking for a new lightweight climbing bike and was completely ignored by the staff. They were neither busy with customers nor busy with the store. I surmised it was because of my age.So with my 36 year old son we would test whether I was being paranoid. Two days later I walked back into the store when it was quiet; three staff were on duty. No reaction at all. One minute later my son walked in and immediately the attention of the staff was raised and one of them walked across and asked him if he needed any help. Theory confirmed!

Was seeking a new tube and the condescending shop assistant (grey curly hair) said “do you even know what rapha is, we don’t stock tubes, only cycling gear” ( a slight contradiction in itself). I am a cyclist, I know what rapha is. I was just wondering if they stocked tubes.Not a very welcoming or pleasant experience.

Great clubhouse from the famous cycling lifestyle brand. Buy the Sydney clubhouse cycling cap if you want to take something from your visit, because it has the best value for money IMO lol

I'm not a classic looking cyclist as have unshaven hairy (very) arms and legs and have been to store twice now. Great service both times, although didn't buy anything the second time.I'm no good at asking rep names but the two different guys that assisted me know their products and were very helpful.

Great shop with lovely cycling gear, some nice bikes to salivate over and welcoming, friendly & chatty staff to help out. Rapha gear is at the upper end of the price-point, but generally you get what you pay for, so it’s worth it. If cycling is your thing you should definitely check them out.
