Tried to buy a sandwich a couple weeks ago but they wouldn’t toast it. Bought a chicken sandwich today and the chicken tasted off and I threw it out after 1 bite. Very disappointing

Bought 3 overpriced cupcakes that were very dry and didn’t seem fresh at all. Months ago I got vanilla cupcake was very dry too. Chocolate flavour the icing is way too rich and cake no flavour. Never again. The young man was very friendly.

We ordered two cakes from Jocelyn's Provisions for our engagement party. The cakes were scrumptious. One Carrot cake and one classic Chocolate cake. The carrot cake was moist and the icing was to die for. The chocolate cake was a stick to the top of your mouth affair. The staff were friendly and the ordering process was super simple. Will get our next event cakes from Jocelyn's Provisions that's for sure.

I just wanted to take an opportunity to say thanks for the incredible service I received first of all over the phone with Paige and secondly in store when I was picking up my order. Paige was kind and knowledgeable and helped organise a fantastic surprise for my wife's birthday. Further to this the cake we had ordered was outstanding and perfectly sized for our family!

The best cakes in Brisbane! After being introduced to the cakes here, I honestly can't go anywhere else for special occassions. I love all the flavours so much that I ended up ordering a number of bar cakes in different flavors for my wedding. They were a hit! Staff were so lovely.

Absolutely delighted with 1. the customer service and advice I received at this store with regards to my catering requirements for a high tea 70th birthday party and 2. the quality, freshness and deliciousness of everything I ordered (which was pretty much everything they had to offer). Will definitely be ordering from here again! Oh and the birthday cake was an absolute hit!
