Short, sharp and shiny. A well oiled machine PLUS great ideas for presents. I even bought my dog a beautiful toy. He is in love with his girl doll. And she sing and talks!

Unfortunately the staff here were very rude. We couldn't find the express box as we were from Victoria and they are located differently. The lady said, don't you know your in South Australia? As we were not locals, unfortunately she wasn't interested in helping or even being polite. It's such a shame when a regional community is let down by a small few.On the up side, while we were parked outside looking at our phones for the next location, a local came to my window asking if we were lost and needed help. Nice to see this is a nice town with happy people

Experiences vary greatly depending on which staff are on. Today's staff member at the parcel collection hatch was very rude and off.I told someone about the experience and they automatically knew who it was as they previously had a similar encounter

The parcel locker barcode reader does not work, even I have called several times to inform the post office, they never fix it. A delivery to Parcel locker has gone missing, even with full tracking number.

My dad from Manchester, England mailed me an iPhone 6 and an iPad on Christmas.. and it came 3 months after.. and he payed extra for quick shipping I went in and asked if my post had arrived in the post office and lady was very rude and said it wouldn't arrive till ages yet.. came 2 days later

As someone who's travelled the world and lived abroad, I've experienced a lot of different types of customer service. When it comes to poor customer service, some of the staff in this store would be Gold medallists if there was an Olympic games for poor customer service. I'm not sure if it was being incompetent at lodging simple paperwork, or just having a dreadful demeanour towards the public made me leave this review, either way, better off you just drive down the road to another store.

I used the automated system, it was very clunky, wouldn't register my response a few times. No clear flow of steps e.g. when to pay for your post pack. No tracking number or receipt, although I declined an SMS receipt I had no way of knowing it was my only option. Postage label dispenser broken, I had to search in the machine for the label. Hope this is helpful feedback, it could be a great thing with improvements.

6 weeks of being unable to use post box due to first excuse after 3 weeks keys not changed which I was assured would be changed that day. Then I go in today and they have no idea what keys I have as not right ones and no apology or offer of reinbursemt after 6 weeks of not being able to access own mail. Joke

Drivers don’t wait for door to be answered, or don’t knock at all. I have cameras facing my door/yard and have captured it several times while I’ve been home where they leave me a slip or leave before I even walk 20 steps to the door.Wouldn’t be that bad if not for the very long wait times to pick up parcels and the lack of consideration for my time. 20+ minutes of my lunch break vs 6 more seconds of their drivers time. Typical Aus Post.
